STRUCTURE:
The Department has three (3) divisions as follows:

Elected Officers
Appointed Federal Officers
Judicial and Related Officers

FUNCTIONS

  • Maintaining, regularly reviewing, and updating of comprehensive list of all Federal Political Office Holders.
  • Administering Assets Declaration Forms to all Federal Political Office holders,
  • Retrieving Assets Declarations by Federal Political Office holders,
  • Issuing Acknowledgment Slips to Federal Political Office holders,
  • Verifying and confirming Assets Declared by Federal Political Office holders
  • Retaining and keeping custody of Assets Declarations of Federal Political Office holders
  • Making Assets Declarations of Federal Political Office holders available for inspection/scrutiny as may be provided for in the law
  • Compiling lists of defaulters for submission to the Legal Department
  • Performing any other functions as may be directed by the Bureau.
