The Nigerian Army Partners CCB On Assets Declarations & Code Of Conduct For Public Officers

The Nigerian Army in Collaboration with the Code of Conduct Bureau organised a two-day workshop on “Compliance with Assets Declaration and Code of Conduct for officers and soldiers of the Nigerian Army”.

The event took place at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Abuja with LT. Gen. T.Y. Buratai as the Chief host.

The Chairman, Code of Conduct Bureau was represented by Prof. Samuel Ogundare who led the Delegation including members of the board and staff of the CCB.

The primary purpose of the workshop was to acquaint officers and soldiers of the Nigerian Army with the Code of Conduct for public officers as well as their constitutional obligations as it has to do with Assets Declaration.

The Chief of Army Staff, LT. Gen. T.Y. Buratai promised to ensure that officers comply duly with Assets Declaration and Code of Conduct for public officers while partnering with the Code of Conduct Bureau to ensure public morality and accountability in the conduct of its activities.
