Chairman Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption Visits CCB

The Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), Prof. Itse Sagay and his team paid a courtesy visit to the CCB headquarters in Abuja on 7th February, 2020. The purpose of the visit was to get enlightened on the current activities of the Code of Conduct Bureau.
The Chairman, CCB, Prof. Mohammad Isah, in his welcome speech, was delighted to receive the members of PACAC whom he holds in high esteem because of their positive contributions in the fight against corruption in the country.
He highlighted some of steps taken by CCB to add value to the fight against corruption which includes; Online Asset Declaration, development and deployment of several levels of data and information protection, enlightenment and sensitization programmes on the need for public office holders to declare their assets.
In his response, Prof. Sagay, commended the Chairman of CCB and his team for their achievement since they took over office. He said looking at what Prof. Isah have reeled out especially in the area of digitization, giving another year CCB will be making headlines like other sister agencies established to tackles corruption in Nigeria.
