General Administrative Division:
FUNCTIONS
- General administration and the coordination of personnel activities concerning employment, career advancement, welfare, and the overall maintenance of discipline of staff.
- Maintenance, security, and safety of the assets of the Bureau including insurance matters; manpower planning and budgeting, staff training and development, office accommodation and equipment as well as establishment matters, pension, gratuity, and variation salary administration.
- Information and interpretation of personnel policies and circulars; staff motivation and the development of professional human capacity especially ICT, for effective and efficient service delivery.
