HEAD OF DEPARTMENT –
STRUCTURE:
The Department has three (3) divisions as follows:
Elected Political Office Holders Division
Appointed Political Office Holders Division
Federal Judicial Officers Division.
FUNCTIONS
- Maintaining, regularly reviewing, and updating of comprehensive list of all Federal Political Office Holders, as well as Federal Judicial and other related officers/staff.
- Administering Assets Declaration Forms to all Federal Political Office holders, as well as Federal Judicial and other related officers/staff.
- Retrieving Assets Declarations by Federal Political Office holders, as well as Federal Judicial and other related officers/staff.
- Issuing Acknowledgment Slips to Federal Political Office holders, as well as Federal Judicial and other related officers/staff.
- Verifying and confirming Assets Declared by Federal Political Office holders, as well as Federal Judicial and other related officers/staff
- Retaining and keeping custody of Assets Declarations of Federal Political Office holders as well as, Federal Judicial and other related officers/staff.
- Compiling lists of defaulters for referral to the Code of Conduct Tribunal where necessary.
- Performing any other functions as may be directed by the Bureau.
