A petition can be defined as a formal or written complaint about noncompliance with or breach of the provisions of CCB for public officers or any law in relation thereto, signed and addressed to the Chairman CCB.
.
The guidelines for petition writing and submission are as follows:

  1. The petitioner should address his petition to the Chairman, Code of Conduct Bureau.
  2. State the name, designation, and office address of the public officer who is been petitioned.
  3. State very clearly the alleged violation of code of conduct of a public officer.
  4. Provide any evidence that can support the petition
  5. State the petitioners’ address, email address and phone number MUST be provided.
  6. The petition can be Submitted;

        a. Personally to the Office of the Chairman CCB,
        b. Any of the 36 states offices and FCT or
        c. By email/surface mail
