Maintaining of a comprehensive and up-to-date nominal roll of Federal, State, and Local Government employees resident in the State;
Keeping and updating the list of political office holder’s residents in the state;
Administering Asset Declaration Forms to all public officers resident in the State;
Receiving and acknowledging completed Assets Declaration Forms;
Forwarding petitions and complaints to the Zonal office;
Assisting the zonal office in investigating petitions and complaints against public officials resident in the State;
Verifying Asset Declarations by Federal, State, and Local Government public servants resident in the State;
Verifying of Asset Declaration by State and Local Government political office holders with the exception of the Governors, Deputy Governors, and Commissioners;
Assisting the Zonal office in carrying out its assignment;
Public enlightenment on Code of Conduct for public officials; and
Establishing channels of communication with the members of the public.
